This drill is very similar to what you may see at the NFL Combine when athletes are tested on agility and quickness. Coach Jordan and I ran through this drill 30 times each, then switch to the opposite wing. This is a simple drill that can be done in your backyard. Focus on sharp cuts around each corner, work on breaking down and exploding through each cone.

Set up 3 cones 5 yards apart, in the shape of an L. �Place a ball at the end of the L, opposite to where you start. �Explode through and breakdown at each cone. �Once you scoop the GB, turn for a quick split or roll dodge. �To challenge yourself, try to get your shot off within 3-4 steps of the dodge. �This will require a lot of body control, and a quick trigger while shooting.1 Pro Agility L Drill 0:55Locked in Lacrosse is a training company based out of Martlon, NJ. �We are former college athletes who love this game and have decided to make a life out of it.
